Craig Yeatman – Chief Executive Officer
Craig Yeatman is the Chief Executive Officer of the WorldsView™ Holdings group and an Executive Director of WorldsView™ Consulting. Craig's areas of expertise include entrepreneurial leadership and organisational development, with specific focus on the challenges of leadership and strategy. In his professional activities, Craig is engaged with the craft of building sustainable and successful organisations.
Brett Yeatman – Managing Director
Brett has over 18 years experience in building organisations in different countries around the world. He brings a commitment to community building, shared learning, product excellence that meets client needs, seamlesss delivery and and abundance philospohy of win-win for everyone involved. He has presented his business philosophies to organisations in Europe, the USA and Africa, and adds a passion for global growth to the WorldsView team.
Donna Kipps Glanvill – Intervention Development and Quality Assurance Director
Donna’s focus on organisational change and her ability to think outside conventional wisdom position her as a change agent and strategic contributor. A specialist in future strategy, culture, governance and leadership, she partners with individuals, teams and organisations on their unique transformational journeys. She brings her passion for sustainable, future-orientated strategic evolution to bear on unlocking the energy and potential of client organisations.
Carol Simpson – Global Operations Director
Carol's experience includes management in operations, administration and human resources, gained in both the services and mining sectors. Her passion for logistics and communication is demonstrated through the support she provides to the Worldsview™ Consulting global network of facilitators and intervention participants.
Eugene Smit – Global Channel Director
Eugene is a WorldsView™ Consulting Sales Executive. He has 25 years of experience in Human Resources management, with substantial exposure to the dynamics of the fast-moving consumer goods, information technology and service industries. This background has certainly taught him where an organisation's strengths and weaknesses lie, and how important the recognition, training and retention of true leaders are to the success of any company.
