Donna Kipps Glanvill – Intervention Development and Quality Assurance Director
Donna Kipps Glanvill is Intervention Development and Quality Assurance Director of WorldsView™ Consulting.
An accomplished consultant, facilitator and coach in leadership development and organisational transformation, Donna was formerly Consulting Director of WorldsView™ Consulting. That role included management of the successful delivery of the company's transformational consulting interventions on leadership, strategy, culture change, and employee engagement. Her passion for visionary leadership in organisational effectiveness embraces the relevant and meaningful engagement of managers on human capital issues, and the creation and articulation of strategy for employee engagement.
Donna is co-developer of WorldsView™ Consulting's Nine Conversations in Leadership™, an innovative leadership development intervention which is a catalyst for long-term leadership development that works within the context of, and throughout, an organisation. Her articles on leadership and organisational development have featured in publications such as the IPM's People Dynamics 50th Anniversary Edition, HR Future, Business Day, and Management Today. She has made numerous presentations on leadership and coaching at the annual Mentoring and Coaching, and Succession Planning and Talent Management conferences, and has been a guest lecturer on strategy and organisational development at the Wits Business School.
Prior to joining WorldsView™ Consulting in 2005, Donna completed her MBA (cum laude) at Wits Business School in 2004. A Master Trainer, her eight years of experience as a change agent has included extensive involvement in coaching teams, small groups, and individuals, and 360˚ debriefing feedback with Clients, including Cell C, Netcare, Faritec, and the United Nations. Her recent engagements have included WorldsView™ Consulting's co-consulting partnering on teams with IBM and Ernst & Young. The projects involved change management and the creating of technological solutions for business challenges with MTN and Colgate Palmolive Global.
Donna and her team are responsible for developing the new, powerful team awakening intervention Purposeful Teams™ which was successfully launch in October 2008. Donna's ability to master interventions for democritisation, continues to bubble in the intervention development space.
